Registration Now Open for NCIL’s 2022 Hybrid Annual Conference!

July 25-28 (Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC); August 1-3 (Virtual Workshops)

NCIL is excited to announce our 2022 Annual Conference on Independent Living! The theme of NCIL’s 2022 Annual Conference is Forging Justice. This year’s conference will be NCIL’s first-ever hybrid conference, with options for in-person and virtual participation.

Hybrid Format

All NCIL Annual Conference presentations and events will be available to all registrants.

  • The in-person workshops will be recorded and posted to the conference website within 30 days.
  • The virtual-only workshops will be available to all registrants and will take place live on the conference website August 1-3, 2022.
  • Some in-person events will be streamed live and a recording will also be posted. Those events will be highlighted when the detailed agenda becomes available.
  • All content will be available on the conference website through the end of 2022.

All registrations received and paid by May 13, 2022 are eligible for the Early Bird registration rates.

Early Bird Rate

  • NCIL Member: $250
  • Youth Member: $150 (26 & Under)
  • Non-member: $350

Standard Registration

  • NCIL Member: $340
  • Youth Member: $150 (26 & Under)
  • Non-member: $440

Daily Registration (in-person only)

  • Non-member: $175 / day
  • NCIL Member: $130 / day

Registration Policies

Youth Registration Rate

NCIL offers a reduced youth registration fee of $150 to all NCIL members that are 26 years old or younger. We hope this special rate will allow young people to afford the Conference and organizations to sponsor young people to attend.

Replacement and Cancellations

Replacement and cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] by July 12, 2022. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Registrant Replacement: If it becomes necessary for you to send someone in your place, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests received by July 12, 2022 are refundable less a $50 processing fee.
