The function of the Secretary is to serve as the chairperson of the Human Resource Committee and to serve on the Governing Board and the Executive Committee. The Human Resource Committee is responsible for coordinating all membership recruitment, leadership development activities, and identifying and recruiting individuals to serve on the Governing Board as well as overseeing other activities related to human resource issues.
