DESCRIPTION:Register online \n\n\n\nWith the recent news that the Trump Administration has issued a “Temporary Pause on Agency Grants\, Loans and other Financial Assistance Programs.” NCIL has decided to hold a call tomorrow\, January 29\, 2025 to discuss the Trump Administration’s freeze on the federal programs\, hear concerns and impact reports from CIL & SILC Executive Directors\, and speak about how this informs NCIL’s priorities. \n\n\n\nPlease note: space is limited. This call is meant for Executive Directors or other upper management-level staff of CILs and SILCs only. \n\n\n\nIn addition to holding this call\, NCIL is also reaching out to our contacts in Congressional offices and in the Trump Administration for guidance and information on what this means for Centers for Independent Living and Statewide Independent Living Councils. \n\n\n\nThis event is free of charge.
