To assist the PAS Program Director in overseeing the daily operations of the PAS program, internal workflow policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and consumer records. Oversee implementation of new technology for process improvement and regulatory compliance, specifically, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Ensure HIPAA, DHS, DQA, MCO, and internal compliance processes, policies and procedures meet Medicaid, State, and Federal homecare guidelines and agency mission. Oversee consumer record keeping, including migration of records to data storage, electronic medical record infrastructure, workflows, quality assurance, and oversight of Wisconsin Department of Health Services surveys and audits. Collaborate with Business Services Department to ensure streamlined compliance practices bridging billing and consumer records. Provide consistency in the application of policies and procedures. Provide direct oversight of consumer quality care, this includes the investigation and resolution of any consumers who are dissatisfied with services rendered in with program regulations.
