Add-ons for Packages

These options can be added to any package to enhance your footprint and help our attendees have a memorable and successful conference experience.

Access, Inclusion, and Participation ($2,500)

  • Support digital access tools and assistive technology

National Movement Report ($5,000)

  • Support development and dissemination of post-conference report
  • Recognition across report and distribution channels

Year-Round Movement Partner ($15,000)

  • 12-month recognition beyond the conference (newsletter, website, annual report) offers sustained investment in the movement

Plenary Series Sponsor (1 available) ($10,000)

  • For all plenary sessions, your logo or ad will appear on the pre-session plenary screen in a carousel format

Daily Conference Highlights Sponsor ($1,000 / day) 

  • Sponsor daily recap emails or digital highlights shared with attendees

Workshop Session Sponsor ($1,000)

  • For chosen workshop or any workshops in the chosen track, your organization will be recognized at the start of the workshop as a sponsor for it

Community Access Pass ($500 / person)

  • Fund a block of registrations for advocates with financial barriers

Other Support Options

If you are interested in supporting in ways other than a full package sponsorship, these are the options for you!

Exhibit Booth ($2,500 – Nonprofit / Government, $3,500 – For-profit / Corporate)

  • Showcase your business or organization and interact directly with conference attendees.

Advertisement ($1,000)

  • Showcase your brand, services, or products on NCIL’s annual conference website.

Coffee Hour ($5,000)

  • Provide energy for Conference attendees with your logo and labeling.

Electric Charging Tables ($10,000)

  • Keep our attendees charged up and ready to go with a table that they can plug into and charge their phones, laptops, wheelchairs, etc.

Wi-Fi Sponsorship ($15,000)

  • Provide wi-fi access for all attendees!

Tax-Deductible Donation

  • Your donation goes a long way to supporting the Conference from supplying cooling items for the March & Rally to ensuring our attendees have a great experience!
