NCIL has been a core partner of the IL-NET Training and Technical Assistance Center since its start in 1994. The IL-NET T&TA Center provides training and technical assistance to centers for independent living, statewide independent living councils, and designated state entities operated by ILRU.
NCIL provides training, technical assistance, and other education and management resources to Centers for Independent Living and Statewide Independent Living Councils.
