NCIL’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) / Civil Rights Subcommittee educates and informs the NCIL membership of legislative, administrative and judicial developments that impact the rights of people with disabilities, and develops appropriate and effective steps for the NCIL membership to implement in response.
