NCIL Welcomes Haley Yetter as Mobilization and Engagement Coordinator
NCIL is excited to welcome Haley Yetter as our Mobilization and Engagement Coordinator.
Haley is an Arkansas native who has called Kentucky home since 2021. They join NCIL after holding the role of Youth Coordinator with the Kentucky Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC).
Haley brings experience in membership and relationship management, policy development, and data-informed advocacy. They are deeply committed to Independent Living philosophy and advancing disability rights through collective action. Haley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with a focus on Disability Studies at Walden University.
Their background also includes community outreach work in Arkansas and grassroots organizing around LGBTQ+ rights, education access, and racial justice.
Outside of work, they mentor teens at Louisville Youth Group and enjoy pinball, fishing, and Magic: The Gathering.
