NCIL Welcomes Parker Glick as IL T&TA Coordinator!

NCIL is happy to welcome Parker Glick (he/él) as our Independent Living Training and Technical Assistance (IL T&TA) Coordinator.

Parker has worked in the disability community for almost 20 years. During that time, he has helped people:

  • find support,
  • move into their communities,
  • find jobs, and
  • speak up for the services they need.

He has also worked in graphic design and helped lead Youth Leadership Forum programs. He has worked with:

  • Centers for Independent Living,
  • Statewide Independent Living Councils,
  • Assistive Technology programs,
  • Developmental Disabilities Councils,
  • and other disability groups across the country.

Parker is excited to join NCIL and learn and grow with the Independent Living community.

Parker is also a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. He believes everyone should have a chance to be heard and included. He cares about fairness and making sure services, programs, and information are open to everyone. He works to make sure people who are often left out can take part in decisions that affect their lives.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time with his family. He is a proud husband and cat dad to two.
