UPDATE: Correction to the maps provided: The Washington Board Room is on Constitution Level (3B), which is one floor up from NCIL’s conference space on Level 5B. It is near the elevators.

UPDATE: Sensory Retreat / Quiet Space on Tuesday, July 22 will stay in Washington Boardroom throughout the day and evening (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)

UPDATE: If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday, please check in between 3:00-6:00 p.m. Eastern on Sunday to avoid lines. Check-in will be on Level 5B, the Independence level of the Grand Hyatt.
UPDATE: Make sure to pick up your complimentary t-shirt when you check in. Please take only one shirt so we have enough for everyone. Sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
WEATHER UPDATE: The weather is looking to be warm and sunny in the mid-80s for the march. Please be prepared with whatever you may need. If you are using any powered mobility devices, ensure that they are fully charged. Weather can change quickly in DC, so make sure to pack rain gear as well. There will not be bathroom access provided along the march route or at the rally site. Please plan accordingly. If you do need to use the bathroom, there are restaurants and shops that may allow you to use their bathrooms. If there is an urgent need, please find a NCIL Marshal in a yellow shirt.
