NCIL is excited to open registration for the 2025 Annual Conference on Independent Living! The theme for this year’s conference is LEVEL UP: Building Tomorrow Together.
We’ll be making memories and making history. We hope you’ll join us.
Standard Registration
- NCIL Member: $350
- Youth Member: $150 (26 & under)
- Non-member: $450
Celebration of Community: ADA35
This year, NCIL will host a ticketed event as we celebrate the power of community on the 35th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. A ticket to this event is included with full conference registration. Conference attendees do not need to purchase a ticket separately from their registration.

Please Note
- Member organizations can log in and register attendees using the discounted rate. Contact denise@ncil.org for help logging in.
- Youth members can use the code YOUTH2025 with or without logging in to receive the discount.
- Personal Assistants can use the code ASSIST2025 to receive a full discount.
- A Registration Form in Word is also available. Please use this document only for accommodation and planning purposes.

Registration Policies
Youth Registration Rate
NCIL offers a reduced youth registration fee of $150 to all NCIL members who are 26 years old or younger. We hope this special rate will allow young people to afford the Conference and organizations to sponsor young people to attend.
Replacement and Cancellations
Replacement and cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to angela@ncil.org by July 11, 2025. No refunds will be issued after that date. If it becomes necessary for you to send someone in your place, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received by July 11, 2025 are refundable less a $50 processing fee.
