At a time when disability rights and community living are under real threat, NCIL is bringing the disability-led Independent Living movement together to protect hard-won rights, persist through unprecedented challenges, and build a future where people with disabilities prosper.

We are inviting values-aligned partners to raise their hand early and express interest in sponsoring NCIL’s 2026 Annual Conference on Independent Living.
