The Executive Committee of NCIL is composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, the Chair of the Regional Representatives, the Chair of the Diversity Committee, and the Executive Director. The Executive Committee may take action on behalf of the Governing Board between Governing Board meetings. Actions taken by the Executive Committee shall be consistent with the mission of the organization, the direction of the organization as prescribed by the goals of the organization, and within the Governing Board’s approved annual organizational budget. The Executive Committee shall evaluate the performance of the Executive Director. The annual evaluation shall be conducted in January of each year.
Membership on this Committee is restricted to the above-mentioned Governing Board members by NCIL Standard Operating Procedures. This Committee is not open for new members.
